Do I need a contract for a one-time cleaning?
No. One-time cleaning service does not require a monthly contract. You book a single visit with a defined scope. If you like the results, you can move to a monthly cleaning contract later, but there is no obligation to do so.
Can you clean a vacant unit after a tenant moves out?
Yes. Move-out cleans are one of the most common one-time jobs. If the tenant left items behind, we can do a trash-out first and then clean the unit so it is ready to show or turn over to the next tenant.
How far ahead should I book a one-time cleaning?
