Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you give us when you submit a quote request or call us. From the quote form, that can include:

• —Your name and company name
• —Phone number and email address
• —The service, property type, approximate size, frequency and city you selected
• —A preferred walkthrough date and any notes you added
• —The page you submitted from and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through

We use your details to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a written quote and follow up as a prospective commercial client. We may contact you by phone or email about your request.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote unless they ask to hear from us.

Quote requests are stored in our customer database and are visible only to authorized staff and administrators of this company. Access is restricted to the people who need it to prepare and follow up on quotes.

If this site is hosted by a third-party provider, that provider stores the form submission on our behalf as a data processor.

We keep quote requests for as long as they are useful for quoting, service history and business records, or as long as tax and legal record-keeping rules require.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling the number on this site. If you are a California resident, see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for the specific rights available to you.

For any privacy question, call us during business hours or submit the contact form on our contact page. We answer privacy requests the same way we answer everything else — the same business day.
