about us
Thirty-three years of showing up since 1993
All Services Cleaning and Janitorial, Inc. is a women-owned commercial cleaning company based in Palmdale, CA. We started with buildings close to home and never outgrew the idea that the person who owns the contract should know the building.
the story
A women-owned business built on repeat customers
We've been cleaning Antelope Valley buildings for 33+ years. Growth came the slow way — one property manager telling another, one general contractor calling back on the next project, tenants renewing because the building still looks the way it did on day one.
That only works with people who stay. Our crews are trained, OSHA and MSHA certified, and assigned to the same buildings so they learn the quirks — the door that sticks, the floor that needs a different pad, the suite that can't be entered after 6pm.
Today we clean offices, gyms, warehouses, plants, construction sites and vacant units across Palmdale, Lancaster, Mojave, Victorville and Santa Clarita. Same owner, same standard.

how we work
The owner answers the phone
No call center, no rotating dispatcher. When something needs attention you reach someone who can send a crew — usually with a name you already know. Someone is always accountable for your building.
Hours are Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, and after-hours coverage is scheduled around your building rather than ours — nights, early mornings and weekends all get cleaned in the Antelope Valley.
